The third step of the three step program is to teach your PSA’s the first 2 steps. What are you doing to achieve success in SFI.
As described in the previous lessons, this involves becoming EA every month, and advertising to find people to follow you.
Once you have those people in your genealogy, how do you teach them? How can you get them motivated to do what you do? Or to do their own thing that results in them moving up the ladder of success?
Aside from the Launchpad lessons that SFI provides that all new affiliates should read, one thing that must be impressed upon them is that this is a business --- their business. And they should treat this as a business.
To that end, point them in the direction of the Rules of Success - #1. Treat your business like a business.
If they don’t accept that, they will definitely struggle to earn income in SFI, or any other marketing venture.
As a business owner, they are responsible for their success or failure. BUT, impress upon them that you will be there to help them as much as you can with any questions they may have. Remember, helping others achieve their goals will, by default, help you to achieve yours.
