If you haven’t learned yet how to advertise for your own signups, one thing to keep in mind is where did you hear about SFI? What kind of site were you browsing when you saw a link, or a gateway page about SFI. That is one place you can start to figure out where to advertise for signups. Another place is the SFI Marketing Methods and Aids tab on the black menu bar in SFI. They have dozens of tips on how you can advertise, and give you tools to use as well. What some people do is purchase signups through vendors on TripleClicks. Some people even use vendors outside of TripleClicks to get signups. One thing about purchasing signups is that you never know what kind of advertising techniques the vendor may be using to get those signups. Are they offering people to get paid just to sign up? You may never really know. That is why I have learned to generate my own signups, because I know where they came from, and how I advertised to them. Another thing about signups. Most of them are only interested in seeing if the program is for them. A lot of them do absolutely nothing. That is why you have treat them as prospects. And then you can use your Team Mailer in SFI to send them emails on a regular basis. It is kind of like your own list within SFI, but it is not an autoresponder, because you have to send the messages out manually. I would strongly encourage each and every one of you to develop your own system in building a list of prospects that you can send emails to on a regular basis. Your list is a gold mine, and once you have it, use it to your advantage. Building a list is called lead generation. You probably have heard that before. Anyone you get on your list is a lead that you contact. You should think of your PSA signups as leads as well. Contact them on a regular basis with different information - the program, a product to buy, and game to play, the auctions they can bid on. There is always something you can tell them that is good about SFI and TripleClicks. Not Yet an Affiliate?
