Team Building Part 2

So, how do we start building a team in network marketing? First, we have to know what we should be doing, so that we can teach someone the same steps. At it’s very basic level, network marketing will involve the spending of money. Without money being spent, no one can make an income. Somehow, somewhere, money is being spent on a product or service, and that allows other people to earn money from that. Basically, that means commissions. So, if you sell a product on TripleClicks to someone, you get a commission for selling that product. Someone else spent some money, and you got to earn some income from it. In SFI, the system I use to attract people to the program is the 3 step program. The first step is called becoming an EA and doing that every month. Now, I could list all the benefits that SFI offers for that, and they are good, but, in reality, the biggest reason for being an EA is that if you are not willing to do that, how can you ask someone who signs up under you to do that as well? It probably won’t work, no matter how hard you try. Also, you should spend some money to get to EA. Why? Because, without any money being spent, no one, including yourself, can earn an income. Did the light bulb come on? Did the penny drop? Do you understand why spending some money is so important? Now, before anyone gets upset because I said that, I realize that in SFI there is no requirement to spend money ever. If you are an excellent sales person, you can generate sales from TripleClicks products that earn you a commission. That can be a lot of work every month - especially for someone like me who is not a great salesperson. That is why I spend what I do every month - it is quick and easy. Maybe I am lazy, but it is the basis for residual income. But the bottom line is, some money got spent somewhere. Here is what I spend every month. $36.25. At least, in SFI. That is a great starting point. I purchase 125 TCredits. I don’t have to spend any more than that. My sponsor earns $7.95 commission from that. Any of my PSA’s who spend that much money on that product will earn me a commission of $7.95. If you have any PSA’s who spend that money, you will earn a commission as well. And it continues like that across your PSA’s, CSA’s and your downline. Can you spend more? Of course. I spend money outside of SFI to do advertising. I spend money on GC every month for my PSA, CSA and downline contests. But if you don't have the extra money, you can start with 125 TCredits. When you find 5 other PSA's willing to do the same thing, your purchase becomes FREE! Spending money on that does not mean you are wasting money; you are investing in your business. Your goal is to have your PSA’s, CSA’s and your downline duplicate what you are doing. WHY? Because if they do, then your team, and their team, will start to build their own business, with an excellent chance of earning a decent amount of income. Starting, and running your own business, will mean you will have to invest some money into it. Anyone who doesn’t understand that, probably doesn’t really want to own their own business. Look at becoming an EA by spending some money as an investment in your business. Actually, I look at it as rent I have to pay to keep my business open, and shelves stocked with product. And it is really cheap rent. Where else can you have business up and running for only $36.25 per month. In most countries, that is probably impossible. Talk to you next time.
