Rewards/Incentives SFI gives out some great rewards for affiliates who achieve higher ranks in the program. So why should you do anything else to help your team? Well, why not? Do you want a great team under you that is interested in earning income for themselves? Or are you just concerned about your income? Your PSA’s are not just your affiliates; they are your customers. When they buy something, you earn a commission. Customers are important to the success of any business. So why should your customers keep coming back to your store to buy stuff? If they know that you are truly interested in them becoming successful, especially in their first year, and you are willing to help them get there, that is really good motivation for them to return – especially every day to do their daily tasks. That is why I run contests every single month. For all of my downline. I give away gift certificates to those affiliates who reach certain goals in a month. I setup my contests on the Rewards/Incentives tab on my Leadership Page, and advertise to them in the stream to enter the contest. There are 2 reasons why I require them to enter. One, it shows me that they are interested. Two, it makes me accountable to ensure the prizes are awarded as advertised. If you can’t afford to give away certificates right away, don’t worry. Just make sure you are there to help your team in other ways. They will appreciate your interest. You can start to do contests after your business is growing. Does Team Building really work?
